Initial Visit (Includes acupuncture): Initial visit lasts approximately 2 hours. Thoroughly going over health history including onset of chief complaint(s) and the establishment of health goals, past medical conditions, lab reports, and review of current diet. The treatment portion includes physical assessment and acupuncture treatment. Nutritional guidance and herbal prescription, which may include supplements, are also included at the end of the visit. A detailed overview of a treatment plan and course of action is also included with a review at subsequent visits.

Return Visit: Return visits lasts approximately 1 hour. Assesment of conditions, notation of any changes and progress, review of the treatment plan and any adjustments or inclusions of herbal prescriptions, dietary changes or supplements. 30-45 minute acupuncture treatment.

Initial Nutrition & Herbal Consultation (no acupuncture): Approximately 1.5 hours. Thoroughly going over health history including onset of chief complaint(s) and the establishment of health goals, past medical conditons, lab reports, and review of current diet. The treatment portion includes physical assesment, nutritional guidance and herbal prescription with supplement reccomendations if needed.

Return Visit: Lasts approximately 45 minutes. Assesiment of condition, notation of any changes and progress, review of treatment plan and any adjustments or inclusions of herbal prescriptions, dietary changes or supplements.
